This month’s customer service superstar is our very own Randi Shriver! Randi has been a Dietary Aide at the Keosauqua Health Care Center since June of last year. In such a short time, she has managed to make a positive impact on our residents, staff, family members, and community members. She is friendly, efficient, and always so helpful in the kitchen and dining room. Her peers have reported that, “she motivates me to do a better job because of how accommodating she is to her co-workers and our residents.” Part of what makes Randi such a team player, is her willingness to always take on new tasks. An example of one of these new tasks is, training new employees within the dietary department. This is a very important job that ensures we continue to have quality employees within the department. Newly added staff have complimented Randi on how thorough she is with her duties, and how much she cares about the residents and their experience in the dining room. She truly wants this to be a homelike environment for our residents and does a great job helping them with a wide range of needs. Her supervisor stated, “Randi is dependable and shows up to work with a smile, regardless of what is going on in her day, or how busy she might be. She is a team player and we are very lucky to have her here at KHCC.” When Randi isn’t at work, she loves to spend her time with her husband and 8-year-old son. They are avid Cardinals fans and enjoy taking vacations to watch them play! Thank you, Randi, for all you do for our residents!
