Meet Jessica “Jess” Boudreau, COTA at Keosauqua Health Care Center! She is this month’s customer service superstar and when you learn more about her you’ll know just why! Jess is always willing to help even if the patient is being seen by another discipline. She is a smiling face who truly cares about her patients and works extra hard. Jess will take the extra time to ensure her patients are shaved and looking great. This winter, she took her own time to go scrape the ice off a family members car so that they were safe and so they could come in for outpatient therapy and to see their loved one who was under our care. Most recently, Jess took it upon herself to bring in special ingredients so that a resident could make something they liked to make their therapy session more enjoyable, another example of her kind and loving ways is that she also will buy rewards for her therapy patients like candy, pop, and more. Jess doesn’t ask for anything in return, but instead, continues to give.
