Customer Service Superstar | Hannah Charbonneau

Hannah Charbonneau, Dietary Aide, is our Customer Service Superstar for the month! Though she has not been with us long, Hannah has shown the ability to make a daily impact in our facility. She was nominated by a co-worker in the dietary department, which says a lot about how appreciated she is in her day to day duties. This co-worker stated that she is always willing to help her peers, always has time to listen, and is very su…pportive. Hannah has also stepped out of her comfort zone and picked up nursing support shifts to help in the overall success of the facility. This includes making beds, passing ice water, and more. Hannah is currently a student at Van Buren County High School. She is very involved in the community and in extracurricular activities; participating yearly in the local play and being an avid supporter of the local sport teams. We are very proud to have Hannah as a part of our team! Great job, Hannah!
