Customer Service Superstar | Darla Martin

Darla Martin is a Dietary Aide at Keosauqua Health Care Center, and the nomination comes directly from a resident who says, “she’s friendly, efficient, and she just does her job very well!” Darla goes above and beyond her job duties here and she always knows just what to say to make you smile!  Darla’s peers have reported the following: that she is loyal, friendly, she loves the residents, she is happy, helpful, motivated, and willing to learn! Darla has gone above in her own department, running room trays to residents and picking up extra shifts as needed! She goes beyond in the entire facility by showing her love to the residents and helping other departments such as activities and environmental services. She visits with the residents frequently on her breaks and time off, and she sometimes even has family members that come in and spend time with our residents. She truly is a ray of sunshine and she greets everyone she meets with a friendly smile and motivational spirit!
