“No talent can surpass hard work”, rings true for Dorothy Irons, EVS Supervisor at Keosauqua Health Care Center. Dorothy joined our team six months ago, but you wouldn’t know that by observing the hard work that she puts in for our facility. Dorothy is always finding ways to help the entire team and our residents. She is a force to be reckoned with and she always give 110% everyday! She comes to work everyday smiling and ready to take on the tasks at hand. One thing you should know about her is that she does not consider her job to stop outside of her normal day to day duties and in fact, even as a newcomer she volunteered to stay late at work and help our leadership team serve the Annual Holiday Meal, in which we have 200 guests. Dorothy is so outgoing and truly wants the best for our facility, it is apparent in her empathetic ways and her ability to make her peers smile. You will soon see Dorothy helping in our nursing department as she has re-obtained her CNA licensure to help pick up shifts that are available. We are thankful for Dorothy, and we appreciate her hard work!
